<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Immune_system\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71<\/a> \u4f86\u5c0d\u6297\u764c\u75c7 - \u901a\u5e38\u526f\u4f5c\u7528\u8f03\u5c11\u3002\u5728 <strong>\u6240\u6709\u764c\u75c7<\/strong>\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206 <strong>\u9999\u6e2f\u4ee3\u8b1d\u816b\u7624\u5b78\u4e2d\u5fc3<\/strong>\u514d\u75ab\u7642\u6cd5\u8207\u6211\u5011\u7a81\u7834\u6027\u7684 <strong>\u56db\u7dad\u6cbb\u7642<\/strong> \u7528\u65bc\u6cbb\u7642\u4e73\u764c\u3001\u80ba\u764c\u3001\u7d50\u8178\u76f4\u8178\u764c\u3001\u524d\u5217\u817a\u764c\u548c\u809d\u764c\u3002<\/div>\n<div class=\"custom-page-t-size\">\n<section>\n<h2>\u70ba\u4f55\u91cd\u8981<\/h2>\n\u514d\u75ab\u7642\u6cd5\u53ef\u8a13\u7df4\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71\u8fa8\u8b58\u4e26\u6301\u7e8c\u653b\u64ca\u764c\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0e\u81f4\u9577\u671f\u7684\u7de9\u89e3\u3002\u5176\u6210\u529f\u7387\u56e0\u764c\u75c7\u985e\u578b\u548c\u907a\u50b3\u7279\u5fb5\u800c\u7570\u3002\u5728 AllCancer.com\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5229\u7528\u65b0\u9673\u4ee3\u8b1d\u7b56\u7565\u4f86\u64f4\u5927\u514d\u75ab\u7642\u6cd5\u7684\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u4ee5\u964d\u4f4e\u6bd2\u6027\u4e26\u52a0\u5f37\u53cd\u61c9\u3002<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2>AllCancer \u7684\u89d2\u8272<\/h2>\n\u6211\u5011\u7684 <strong>\u9999\u6e2f TMT-IT<\/strong> (Targeted Metabolic Therapy with Immunotherapy) \u5305\u62ec\u514d\u75ab\u6cbb\u7642 (IT) \u548c\u514d\u75ab\u6cbb\u7642\u589e\u5f37\u71b1\u7642 (ITH)\u3002\u5168\u7403\u7684\u81e8\u5e8a\u8a66\u9a57\u5747\u8b49\u5be6\u5176\u5c0d\u665a\u671f\u764c\u75c7\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u7642\u6548\u548c\u8010\u53d7\u6027\u3002<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2>\u4ec0\u9ebc\u662f\u764c\u75c7\u514d\u75ab\u7642\u6cd5\uff1f<\/h2>\n\u514d\u75ab\u6cbb\u7642\u5229\u7528\u514d\u75ab\u7d30\u80de (\u4f8b\u5982\u767d\u8840\u7403\u548c\u6dcb\u5df4\u5668\u5b98) \u4f86\u8b58\u5225\u548c\u6d88\u6ec5\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u3002\u764c\u75c7\u900f\u904e\u6291\u5236\u3001\u5c01\u5b58\u548c\u514d\u75ab\u9003\u9038\u7b56\u7565\u4f86\u9003\u907f\u514d\u75ab\u53cd\u61c9\u3002\u514d\u75ab\u6cbb\u7642\u53ef\u4ee5\u9006\u8f49\u9019\u4e9b\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u6062\u5fa9\u514d\u75ab\u9632\u79a6\u3002<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2>\u764c\u75c7\u514d\u75ab\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u7a2e\u985e<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u514d\u75ab\u6aa2\u67e5\u9ede\u6291\u5236\u5291\uff1a<\/strong> \u963b\u65b7\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u5982 PD-1\/PD-L1\u3001CTLA-4\u3002\u7528\u65bc\u80ba\u764c\u3001\u9ed1\u8272\u7d20\u7624\u548c\u814e\u764c\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u63a1\u7528\u7d30\u80de\u7642\u6cd5 (ACT)\uff1a<\/strong> T \u7d30\u80de\u7d93\u6539\u9020\u5f8c\u53ef\u91dd\u5c0d\u764c\u75c7 (\u4f8b\u5982 CAR-T \u6cbb\u7642\u767d\u8840\u75c5)\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u764c\u75c7\u75ab\u82d7\uff1a<\/strong> \u6fc0\u767c\u91dd\u5c0d\u764c\u75c7\u7279\u7570\u6027\u6297\u539f\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u529b\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u6cbb\u7642\u524d\u5217\u817a\u764c\u7684 Sipuleucel-T\uff09\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u55ae\u682a\u6297\u9ad4\uff1a<\/strong> \u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u88fd\u9020\u7684\u7d50\u5408\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u6297\u9ad4\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u6cbb\u7642\u4e73\u764c\u7684 Trastuzumab\uff09\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u7d30\u80de\u56e0\u5b50\u7642\u6cd5\uff1a<\/strong> \u4f7f\u7528 IL-2 \u6216\u5e72\u64fe\u7d20\u589e\u5f37\u514d\u75ab\u53cd\u61c9\u3002\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u9ed1\u8272\u7d20\u7624\u548c\u814e\u764c\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2>\u514d\u75ab\u7642\u6cd5\u5982\u4f55\u904b\u4f5c<\/h2>\n\u5b83\u900f\u904e\u4ee5\u4e0b\u65b9\u5f0f\u91dd\u5c0d\u764c\u75c7\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u8ff4\u907f\u6a5f\u5236\uff1a\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u6aa2\u67e5\u9ede\u5c01\u9396\uff1a<\/strong> \u4ee5\u8afe\u8c9d\u723e\u734e\u5f97\u4e3b James P.
